Store Policies

-Due to the custom nature of my items, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be accepted unless there is an error on MY part. If this is the case, the item will need to be sent back, and will either be fixed or replaced.

-Any changes to above tumblers will need to be made within 24 hours of order.

-Each design is handmade. All cups are made to

order and one at time and due to this there may be some slight variations to the picture provided. This means that your cup is custom made and there is no two alike.
